どうやらホスト名mucse491.eu.infineon.comを解決できません。nslookup や host などで解決すると、正しい IP アドレスが得られますか?

古いバージョンの PHP で動作するように設計されたバージョンの PHPMailer を使用しているようです。

そう：

1) 互換性のある下位バージョンの PHP にダウングレードする

また

2) PHPMailer を新しいバージョンにアップグレードします (存在する場合)。

また

3) 別のメーリング ライブラリを使用する

SMTPサーバーのIPアドレスを直接入れてみました$mail->Hostか？何らかの理由で、使用しようとしているサーバーの DNS の解決に PHP で問題が発生しています。
