私はMavenとJenkinsの両方に慣れていないので、ここで我慢してください...
プロジェクトフォルダー内からmvninstallを実行すると正しくビルドされるMavenプロジェクトがありますが、Jenkinsを介してビルドしようとすると、依存関係をまったく解決できません。MavenまたはJenkinsの設定で何かが足りない/ねじ込まれていますか？
