リストに触れるとリストのスクロールが一時停止し、離すと自動スクロールが続きます。
100 ミリ秒未満でタッチすると、クリックされたアイテムと見なされます。
上下にスクロールすることもできますが、最終的には自動スクロールを続けます。
そういえば、Webライクなリストになってしまいましたね。恥。:(
