jqplotグラフを常に奇妙なオフセットで出力するwebbrowserコンポーネントに関するアイデアを誰かが持っていますか?

この非常に単純な例では、jqplot の例のページを webbrowser コンポーネントにロードすると、ページが正しく表示されますが、印刷しようとすると、グラフにのみオフセットが生じます。

同じ Web ページが IE 内から正しく表示および印刷されます。

また、Delphi2007 と DelphiXE3 でプログラムされたこの例を試してみたところ、まったく同じ結果が得られました。
