XCode と XCode CLI の両方がインストールされており、他の gem のインストールに問題はありませんが、therubyracer をインストールしようとすると次のようになります。

解決：
私が最終的に取り組んだのは、Gemfile のエントリを gem 'therubyracer', '0.10.1' に変更することです。
このバージョンを指定しないと、0.10.2 のインストールが試行され、そのバージョンに問題があるようです。
