android - Android の場合---サーバーの再起動後にダウンロードを再開するには?

誰でも助けてくれます..私の問題は、ファイルをダウンロードしているときにサーバーが停止し、サーバーの起動後にダウンロードが50％しか行われないことがあるということです.51％からダウンロードしたい. サーバーが停止する前に 50% のダウンロードが完了しているためです。

私のコードは以下のとおりですが、動作していません。
