最初にorg.eclipse.egit.psfをアンインストールします。サポートされなくなり、アンインストールせずにegitをアップグレードすることはできません。これで、エラーメッセージの3番目のグループ（すべてどこかに「egit」が含まれている）が解決されるはずです。

その後、すべてのACTFコンポーネントをアンインストールしようとします。後でアップグレードできるはずです。

他のすべてが失敗した場合は、[ファイル]->[エクスポート]->[インストール]->[ファイルにアイテム]を使用して、現在インストールされているプラ​​グインの選択をエクスポートし、 [ファイル]->[インポート]->[インストール]を使用して別のクリーンなEclipseインストールに再度インストールできます。そうすれば、いくつかのあいまいなプラグインを取り除き、30分で再インストールできます。
