ローカル環境でメールサーバーを実行している場合を除き、追加のメールプロパティを使用してメールサーバーを指定する必要があります。

properties.put("mail.smtp.host", aHost);

たとえば、Gmailリレーを使用している場合は、次のようになります。

properties.put("mail.smtp.host", "smtp.gmail.com");

mail.smtp.authさらに、セッションのプロパティ設定が必要です。

properties.put("mail.smtp.auth", true);
