サイトが開かれたときにメールを送信するipn.phpというダミーのphpスクリプトをサイトに作成しました。通知アドレスとしてペイパルにアドレスを指定しましたが、どちらも呼び出されません!
更新: Paypal のサンドボックスで IPN シミュレーターをテストした後、次のエラーが表示されます: IPN 配信に失敗しました: I/O エラー: 接続がタイムアウトしました。ネストされた例外は java.net.ConnectException: Connection time out です
