java - if ステートメントの Android アラーム

if ステートメントが満たされたときにアラームを鳴らし、ダイアログ ボタンでオフにしたい。

            markerLoc.setLatitude(lat);
            markerLoc.setLongitude(long1);

            float distanceBetweenPoints = location.distanceTo(markerLoc);

            TextView t = (TextView) findViewById(R.id.tv_location);
