box-api - Box アプリでリダイレクト URL が機能しない

Question

Box アプリでリダイレクト URL をメンションすると、リダイレクト URL が機能しないのはなぜですか?

手順

1.created a new app
2.got the api key, client_id and client_secret 
3.gave my redirect url to be http://localhost:3000
4.click the app and add it to my box account it doesn't redirect to my local account,also
  tried with http://www.somesite.com and https://www.somesite.com

しかし、それは機能していません。アプリの作成で何が問題になっているのか、誰か教えてください。
