javascript - IE 8のセキュリティ設定により、JavaScriptがその他になりません

IE8でセキュリティ設定を無効にすると、アプリケーションでinclude local directory path when uploading file to a server無効になります。ファイルのフルパスがわかりません。ただし、有効にすると、アプリケーションは正常に動作します。セキュリティ機能は次のとおりです。

Tools -> Internet Options -> security -> Custom level 
    -> security setting - Internet zone ->Miscellaneous 
    ->  include local directory path when uploading file to a server

include local directory path when uploading file to a server これが有効になっているかどうか、またはプログラムでJavaスクリプトを使用していないかどうかを検出することは可能ですか？
