SilverlightはLoaded（RoutedEvent）のみをサポートします。MSDNからの引用：

XAMLでは、これを文字列として指定します。コードで、識別子（RoutedEvent値）を渡します。Silverlightでサポートされている値は、Loaded/FrameworkElement.LoadedEventのみです。
