私は素晴らしい無料のタイルコントロールを知りません。DevExpressには見栄えの良い商用バージョンがあります。

正確な要件(つまり、どのプロパティを構成可能にする必要があるか、どのような種類のアニメーションなど)を指定し、時間を見つけたら、それを回転させます。

編集:ItemsPanelとしてWrapPanelを使用してItemsControlを作成しました。MVVMパターンを使用して、ニーズとデータオブジェクトに合わせてコントロールを拡張することはそれほど難しくありません。DragDropの動作の部分は、やや難しいことです。確かに、まだ改善の余地があります。画像は含めませんでした。
