これをどのように行うかにもよりますが、本当にランダムな画像を表示したい場合は、それを行うことができます。

$num = rand(1, 30) //1 ～ 30 の数値

<img src="path-to-image/<?php echo $num."jpg"; ?>">

ただし、一意の画像である必要がある場合は、.txt ファイルにフィールドを追加して、既に表示されている画像をログに記録する必要があります。

または、上部でまったく同じことを行うこともできますが、$num の代わりに $counterVal を使用できます
