commons-logging のコピーが TOMCAT_HOME/lib にあると思うので、クラスパスの競合が発生する可能性がありますが、apache commons logging ドキュメントをチェックして、適切に設定されていることを確認してください。

これは問題になる可能性があります。クラス ファイルは、クラスパスの 2 つの jar に存在します。

クラスファイル:org.apache.commons.logging.impl.Log4JLogger

第 1 ジャー :commons-logging-1.1.2.jar

二瓶目：commons-logging-adapters-1.1.2.jar

2 番目の jar を削除して、もう一度やり直してください。
