Wiki Example から AffineTranformation をダウンロードし、2 つの DICOM ファイルをアフィンするように変更しました。無事にビルドできました。しかし、私がそれを実行すると。エラーメッセンジャーがあります:

エラー メッセージは次のとおりNo filename was specifiedで、実際に呼び出しSetFileName()がコメント アウトされています。

工場で「.nrrd」などの他のファイル形式を読み取るように、dicom ファイルを読み取ることはできません。ITK は GDCM を使用して dicom IO を処理します。これを見てください http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/DICOM/ResampleDICOM
