Mac で単語 (test など) を選択して " または ' と書くと、Sublime Text 2 はその単語を削除し、"test" または 'test' ではなく " または ' に置き換えます。() や {} に問題はありません。

問題が見つかりました。それは私のキーボード言語設定と関係がありました。スペイン語でアクセントを書くために「US - International PC」を使用していました。「US」を使用すると完璧に機能します。
