windows - Windows 7 上の Perl に基づく

Question

Windows 7にPadre perl、perl IDEをインストールしました。プログラムを実行するたびに、次のエラーが表示されます。

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.

perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:

出力は得られますが、このエラー メッセージはすべての出力の一番上にあります。この問題の解決策を探すのにうんざりしています。誰かこの問題を解決する方法を教えてもらえますか??
