生成された Accessreq をスヌープし、wireshark で共有シークレットを使用して暗号化されたパスワードのデコードを試みます。テスト クライアントがパスワードを正しくエンコードしていないようです。サーバー側で testing123 が正しく構成されていることを確認してください。
