ここで初期化curBotしています:

    curBot = SensedBots.begin();
    // ...
}

Update()しかし、あなたはどこにも電話をかけないように見えるので、この行で:

for (curBot; curBot != SensedBots.end(); ++curBot)
{ // ... }

エラーメッセージが示すように、参照解除できない初期化されていないイテレータを使用しようとしています。

解決策:curBot使用する前に初期化してください。

補足:curBotグローバル スコープで宣言されているのはなぜですか? for実際に使用する場所、つまりループで宣言/初期化する方が理にかなっています。
