対象サーバー: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1、64 ビット
SVN は: VisualSVN Server 2.5.9 (2.5.7 と 2.5.8 も試しました)
svnsync initが失敗します:

フックが存在し、1 行だけが含まれています。

Windows でイベント ビューアーを見ると、VisualSVN サーバー ログに次のエラーが表示されます。
