起動時に未処理の System.IO.FileLoadException でクラッシュする WPF アプリケーションをデバッグしています。

Assembly Binding Log Viewerを使用して、アセンブリの読み込みエラーがなく、OnStartup オーバーライドのすべてのコードが try catch でラップされていることを確認しました。

例外の原因としてアセンブリ バインディングを除外しましたが、調査する必要がある他の考えられる原因は何ですか?

検証のスキップが有効になっていないコンピューターに遅延署名されたアセンブリを読み込むと、同様のエラーが発生する可能性があります。
