qt4 - CMake で QT4 ライブラリに正しくリンクするにはどうすればよいですか?

そのため、もともと.proファイルではなくCMakeで作成されたプログラムをビルドしようとしています。しかし、ライブラリの宣言に問題があるため、ビルドできません。たとえば、次の場合は機能しません。

#include <QtGui/QApplication>

ただし、これは多かれ少なかれ機能しますが、完全ではありません。

#include <qt4/QtGui/QApplication>

上記を使用すると、他のヘッダーが指すヘッダーが見つからないとコンパイラーが言うため、膨大な量のエラーが発生します。問題はqt4のプレフィックスです。QT-SDKに同梱されている一連のヘッダー全体を変更する必要なく、qt4の下ですべてのヘッダーを見つけることができるように、CMakeファイルで正しくリンクするにはどうすればよいですか?
