解決策は著者によって投稿されていないため：

次のファイル (/etc/apache2/sites-available/default-ssl) を次から変更します。

 <Directory /var/www/>
            Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
            AllowOverride none
            Order allow,deny
            allow from all
    </Directory>

これに：

 <Directory /var/www/>
            Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
            AllowOverride all
            Order allow,deny
            allow from all
    </Directory>

また、実行するだけでなく、(同じ virtualhost ファイル内の) 証明書ファイルを指定することも忘れないでください。

a2ensite デフォルト-ssl

サービス apache2 再起動
