Java プログラムからファイルをアップロードして名前を変更しようとしています。

ご覧のとおり、「uniekeNaam」は私の Java から私の php 部分に転送されていません。空っぽです。私はPHPの知識がなく、さまざまなことを試しましたが、何もうまくいかないようです。Java プログラムでファイルを参照し、そのファイルを Web サーバーにアップロードして名前を変更できるようにしたいだけです。名前の変更を省略しても機能するので、「uniekeNaam」を Java から php に転送する方法を理解する必要があると思います。
