一般に、確認する必要があるファイルは AndroidManifest.xml です。uses-feature を追加し、アプリに不要なカメラなどの項目に対して android:required="false" を指定するようにしてください。より幅広いデバイスをサポートするために、以下を Cordova/PhoneGap アプリに正常に追加しました。
