java - tomcat-catalina 依存関係を追加するときに Tomcat サーバーが応答しない

Question

Openshift の Tomcat 7 (JBoss EWS 2.0) サーバーで Websockets を使用する際に問題があります。pom ファイルに tomcat-catalina パッケージの依存関係を追加してデプロイすると、サーバーがリクエストに応答しなくなったようです。「メトリクス」ページにはアクセスできますが、index.html を含む自分の Web ページが応答しなくなりました。依存関係のある私の pom ファイルは次のようになります。

「一時的に利用できません」というエラー コードなどは表示されません。サーバーはまだ稼働しているようです。
