ios - iOS ローカル通知がポップアップしない

Question

アプリケーションで指定した日付に警告を表示しようとしています。通知バーに通知を作成しますが、何もポップアップしません。私のプロジェクトに合わせた次のコードを使用しています。

- (void)scheduleNotificationWithItem:(ToDoItem *)item interval:(int)minutesBefore {
    NSCalendar *calendar = [NSCalendar autoupdatingCurrentCalendar];
    NSDateComponents *dateComps = [[NSDateComponents alloc] init];
