MVC4、Entity Framework 5.00 で移行を有効にしようとしていますが、コマンドを入力すると次のエラーがスローされます。

@Stijnの答えは確かに正しいことがわかりましたが、問題の解決策にはなりません。解決策は、プロジェクト全体をコピーしてハードドライブに貼り付けるだけで、コマンドが機能します
