spring - Spring 3.1.1 静的 html にはアクセスできますが、他の jsp にはアクセスできません

Question

うーん、静的 html にリンクする方法については、stackoverflow の例と解決策に従いましたが、mvc:resources を配置すると、他の JSP が表示されません。mvc:resources を取り除くと、jsp が再び表示されます。これが私の dispatcher-servlet.xml です。
