問題は、MyApplication.javaファイル内に次の行が欠落していたことです。

    PushManager.shared().setIntentReceiver(IntentReceiver.class);

残りはすべて正しかった。現在、完全に機能しています。

android:nameそして、マニフェストファイルでアプリケーションの属性を指定するのに欠けていました-
