isapi-rewrite - ISAPI 書き換え構文が正しくありませんか?

IIS 6 で Helicon Isapi リライトを使用しようとしています。基本的には、ディレクトリを別のサイトにリダイレクトするだけです。

URLはそのままでいいと思います。

URL はhttp://www.harrisburgu.edu/online- Graduate -degrees です。

http://166.78.104.118/online-graduate-degree

これは動作していないように見える構文です。ファイルを仮想ホストのルートに配置しましたか、それともオンライン大学院学位のフォルダーに配置する必要がありますか?
