同時に表示する必要がある複数の JPanel があります。ポート設定ボタンを押すと表示されますが、ユーザーがどのオプションを選択しているかがわかるように、各パネルの上にタイトルが必要です。私のコードとスクリーンショットを以下に示します。

のタイトルにはJPanel、以下のようにタイトル ボーダーを使用できます。

TitledBorder title = BorderFactory.createTitledBorder("YOUR_TITLE");
YOURPANEL.setBorder(title);

パネルではなくフレームにタイトルを設定したいと思います。JPanel にはタイトルがありませんが、親フレームにはタイトルがあります。

これを試して:

SwingUtilities.getRoot(yourPanel).setTitle("SomeTitle");
