ダウンロードのテストを行って zip ファイルに入れています。webroot/htdocs の単一のファイル (images/ など) 内にある場合はダウンロードに問題はありませんが、htdocs や images/New_Folder の外にダウンロードすることはできません。このフォームのコードは今のところ正常に動作しています。

しかし、srcを例に変更できますか

   C:/images/New_Folder/tick.jpg

そして、これは現在も機能しているdownloadFile.php用ですが、変更したい

 $file_folder = "images/"

たとえば、 $file_folder="C:/image/New_Folder/" にできますか?

作成したサーバー ( l​​ocalhost ) のルートは "htdocs" であり、コンピューターのどのファイルにもアクセスできません....

したがって、サーバー（Apacheまたはその他）から何かをダウンロード/レンダリングする場合は、htDocsフォルダーに配置する必要があります..
