私にとっては、2 つのことが問題の解決に役立ちました。

1) ネストされたソリューション フォルダーにあるプロジェクトをルート レベルに移動しました。2) TeamCity サーバーの作業フォルダーをチェックして、SVN からチェックアウトされているもの (私の場合) と、ダウンロード/復元されているパッケージを確認しました。見逃されていたパッケージを削除/追加する必要があり、そのうちの1つ(Microsoft.OWIN.Hosting)については、これはまったくダウンロード/復元されていませんでした(Nu​​getでパッケージを見つけることができなかったと思います)ので、パッケージを削除するには、プロジェクトで DLL を明示的に参照し、DLL を同じ場所の TC ボックスにコピーします。本当に恐ろしいですが、それを構築しました。これを行うためのより良い方法があると確信しています-おそらくSVNの外部を使用します。

おそらく新しい場所にあるため、ビルドでナゲットパッケージが欠落していると思います。それは、ソース管理にチェックインしていない限りですか? それらを取得するには、teamcity に指示する必要があります。

記録のために、これはおそらくソリューションのビルド依存関係が原因である可能性があります...

たとえば、チェックアウト時にフォルダーが「消去」され、ビルドの依存関係が間違っている場合、dll はどこにもありません。

TeamCity によるパッチの適用に失敗した後にこの問題が発生し、プロジェクトはチェックアウト時にそれ自体をクリーンアップするように設定されていませんでした...クリーンアップされていない場合、ビルドの依存関係の問題は明らかではありませんでした。

エラーが原因でフォルダーがクリーンアップされる結果になりました...そのため、ビルドの依存関係の問題が前面に出ました。
