フォーマットされた方法を読むのは難しいですが、この方法が問題のようです

returnステートメントが間違った部分にあるようです。次のブラケットの後に移動します。これ

投稿するときは、コードをもう少し適切にフォーマットするようにしてくださいelse。いくつかの条件が満たされた場合にのみ実行したい場合return startIdは、そのままにしておくことができますが、条件が満たされない場合はデフォルトのreturnステートメントをreturnいくつかに配置できますint
