状態管理にui-routerを使用していますが、.htaccess 書き換えルールに問題があると思います。/#/account スタイルの URL を使用すると、すべての状態が機能しました。html5 モードを有効にしましたが、アプリが以前のようにレンダリングされません。私のindex.htmlとすべてのjsおよびcssファイルなどをロードしているようですが、実際には状態を初期化していません。
