なぜこれが起こるのでしょうか？デバッグ中に WebAPI ソリューションを強制終了すると、クライアントで同じエラーが発生することに気付きましたが、通常は 1 回だけ発生し、WebAPI プロジェクトで予期される動作が再開されます。これは問題ではありませんが、関連している可能性があります。
