vagrant - Puppet Apt モジュール: 依存関係サイクル

Question

vagrant puppetlabs/aptのパペット プロビジョナーでの使用。モジュールは puppet/modules にインストールされていますが、奇妙な依存関係サイクル エラーが発生しています。マニフェスト ファイル内のコード:
