13MB を超えるファイルをアップロードしようとすると、このエラーが発生していました。

サーバーエラー

500内部サーバーエラー。お探しのリソースに問題があり、表示できません。

この問題を解決するにはどうすればよいですか?

cPanel から PHP の設定を変更しましたが、使用するたびにini_get()、cPanel で行った設定が機能しませんでした。

php.inicPanelの代わりにphp.iniファイル自体から設定を変更することで、（ファイルにアクセスできる場合）解決しました。

問題: Windows Server 2008 および IIS を Web サーバーとして実行しているときに、特定の php ファイルが原因で「HTTP 500 - 内部サーバー エラー」が発生します。

修正: FastCGI プロトコルを使用して単純な php 通知 (つまり、変数が定義されていない) が stderr に送信され、IIS FastCGI モジュールが要求を失敗させ、HTTP 500 エラーを表示することがわかりました。FastCGI ロギングを無効にすると、PHP がエラー情報を stderr 経由で送信し、クライアントに対して 500 応答コードを生成するのを防ぐことができます。

これを修正するには、php.ini ファイルで次の設定が 0 に設定されていることを確認してください。

fastcgi.logging=0
