XAMLではこれが不可能であることがわかりました。DataContextChangedイベントが必要です。これはRoutedEventではないため、EventTriggerでは使用できません。

DataContextを変更するときにViewModelプロパティをtrueまたはfalseに設定できる場合は、DataTrigger（EnterActionおよびExitAction）からStoryBoardをトリガーできます。したがって、DataTriggerは新しいBoolプロパティに基づいています。

純粋なXamlを介してこれを行うことはできないと思います。これはコードで行う必要があります（または、Xamlで記述できるように、一般化された式の動作を記述します）。依存関係プロパティのPropertyMetadataをチェックして、そのプロパティ変更イベントをフックする方法を確認してください。
