excel - 条件付き検索と置換

Question

今日、ドット（。）を置き換えようとしているときにこのコードに行き詰まっていますが、シート1のリストが別のシート（同じワークブック）の別のリストの値の1つと一致しない場合のみです。「Argument NOT optional」はエラーですが、それ以外のヒントはありません。
