heroku - Rails アプリを Heroku window7 にデプロイする際の問題

Question

Rails は初めてで、アプリを heroku にデプロイする際に問題が発生しています。heroku サイトと ruby​​ railstutorial サイトの手順に従いましたが、まだアプリを heroku にデプロイできません。私が得ることができる助けがあれば、本当に感謝しています。
