ファイル全体を読み取らずに CSV の列を読み取る方法が追加されました。一部のラッパー (例: LINQ to CSV ライブラリ) を使用できますが、それらは読み取り操作を「隠す」だけです。

代わりにコンマを使用してみてください。

ところで専用ライブラリを使用することをお勧めします...
