php - PayPal IPN のトラブル

何が起こっているかというと、スクリプトがまったく実行されていないということです。デバッグを追加してテストし、どのステップが見落とされているかを確認したところ、PayPal は ipn.php にまったく警告していないという結論に達しました。PayPal の IPN 履歴では、「再試行中」とだけ表示されます。私のコードは以下です。
