name 属性ではなく、 type 属性に @Autowired アノテーションが必要です。

public class Product {
    private int id;
    private String name;
    @Autowired
    private Type type;

        return name;
    }
    public void setName(String name) {
        this.name = name;
    }

    }

一貫性のためだけに、Type にもセッター/ゲッターを用意することは悪い考えではありません。
