Wampserver 2.4 では、オンラインにする -> すべて開始 -> localhost をクリック -> phpMyAdmin をクリックします。
phpMyAdmin 画面で:

ログイン
ユーザー名
パスワード
phpMyAdmin にはユーザー名とパスワードが必要です。
phpMyAadmin のユーザー名とパスワードは作成しませんでした。
わかりませんでしたが、ユーザー名とパスワードを挿入すると、次のように表示されます。
