サービスから TTS を実行することについて質問しているスレッドをいくつか見てきましたが (申し訳ありませんが、どのスレッドか思い出せません)、どれも役に立ちません。

IntentService は正常に開始されますが、onInit() が実行される前に破棄されます。これが、この logcat を引き起こしていると思われます。

似たようなことができる限り、まったく異なる方法を試してみたいと思います。

onInit()明示的に呼び出していません。メソッドが呼び出されるIntentServiceと破棄されます。onHandleIntentメソッドですべての作業を行うようにしてくださいonHandleIntent。

ドキュメントの onHandleIntent(インテント インテント) :

This method is invoked on the worker thread with a request to process. Only one Intent is processed at a time, but the processing happens on a worker thread that runs independently from other application logic. So, if this code takes a long time, it will hold up other requests to the same IntentService, but it will not hold up anything else. When all requests have been handled, the IntentService stops itself, so you should not call stopSelf().
