投稿後 (product => 'http:...', type => 'charge', status => 'completed', test => '1', to => NN, from => NN, access_token => ' 123..xyz') を https://graph.facebook.com/[NN]/payments に送信すると、次の結果が得られます:

in: Apps > [App Name] > Advanced > Security > Server IP Whitelistサーバーの IP アドレスを入力しましたが、それでも同じエラーが発生します
